Early conversations can involve commercially sensitive information, intellectual property, product ideas and technical architecture.

We treat confidential information seriously. Formal confidentiality arrangements and NDAs can be used where appropriate.

• You choose how much to share in the first conversation. A useful discussion rarely needs source code or customer data.
• If you'd prefer an NDA in place before the first session, say so on the form and we will arrange one before we speak.
• Notes from the conversation are yours to keep. We don't publish anything about a conversation without written agreement.
